How to Leave a Review?

How do I leave a review for AT&T? I have had the WORST experience with them over the past year.

I just visited the store located in Miami Florida @ 7711 SW 40 Street. The customer service was a joke. I added a line with ATT yesterday. The line is to be able to answer my business phone from my personal. The person who sold me the line stated that when a call is made from the business number the name of the Business will appear on the outgoing call. "NOT HAPPENING". Ibe tried everything, Ive been goven three diferent answers on three diferent phone calls with extremely long wait times.

As a last resort I walked in the store at Miami. The girl who attended me was clearly already in a bad mood coming to work. Her answer - call 611. When I expressed my concern and frustration and issues with customer support. Her answer "Well I dont know what you expect me to tell you sir".  Im not going to get into the back and forth on what insued next but all I've got to say is that "ROMY" which is the Assistant Manager was dismissive and sarcastic. She CLEARLY hates her job and is probably an implant for your  cmpetition.

Romy - what I exoected was anything other than "I dont know what you want me to tell you" . If you are an assistant Manager - fake like you care. Anything they taught you in customer service maybe ? - if thats even such a thing with ATT would have been better.

I have been a Paramedic for 31 years - THANK GOD I dont talk down and at my patients the way you do to customers !

If that was an Authorized AT&T Retail Store (which looks exactly the same as a Corporate Store), they are not owned or operated by AT&T nor do they have AT&T employees. It's the manager of the store, or the retail operator that they work for, that is supposed to train and monitor their employees, not AT&T. It's an unfortunate situation as AT&T has no control over how these retail operators conduct business.
