This is a customer populated forum. What do you mean? You don't know your original account number? Do you still have access to your account online? 

This sounds like you should be contacting AT&T directly, and this is not how you do that. They no longer respond on this forum with anything other than direction to the contact us link which you can find at the bottom of this web page

You will need some sort of verifiable information that an account belongs to you, like phone number, security PIN, billing zip, or other things.  Do you have that sort of information?

If you are trying to unlock a phone you bought from a third party and found it can’t be unlocked because it still has a balance due, then AT&T isn’t going to help you.
