I lost my job two weeks ago
Hi all,
I'm in dire straights. I lost my job two weeks ago and am a single mom. Obviously, I'm searching frantically for a other job. My AT&T bundle package is paid to date, but I only started the contract in May. I have no idea how to handle this. My next payment is due August 14. I'm asking here before I call because I need accurate info. I scoured the website but found nothing mentioned about hardships. I'm in desperate mode.
Thank you!

ATT has no wiggle room for new customers. I don't think you are allowed late payments for the first 60 days. You would have to contact them directly.

@Loyaltofedup IF you are on a COMBINED bill, I'd separate them now. Here's why:
One you get behind on one, I don't think you can separate, so if it gets bad and you need to bail on the cable/TV/internet commitment, your phones get tied up in that mess too (and then none of it's working).
You need those phones to keep working if that's what's on your job applications.
@lizdance40 Is that a good thought, or am thinking about that wrong...?
