I NEED TO REPORT A REPRESENTATIVE

WHY IS IT THAT EVERYTIME I CALL AND ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT MY BILL I GET RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL REPRESENTATIVES? THIS TIME THE GUY SAID HE DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE ME HIS NAME OR EMPLOYEE # AND THEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME! I HAVE CHARGES ON MY BILL AND I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE THERE BUT WHEN ITS TIME FOR AT&T TO TAKE MY MONEY I GET THE NICEST PEOPLE ON THE LINE! I DONT EVEN WANT MY SERVICE ANYMORE, THAT CALL WAS RECORDED AND I WANT TO KNOW THAT ACTION IS BEING TAKEN AGAISNT THE GUY & I WANT A FULL REFUND! SINCE IVE HAD THIS SERVICE IVE BEEN ASKING ABOUT THESE CHARGES AND NO ANSWER! THIS IS THE SECOND MONTH AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

You can ask your questions about the bill here, just keep in mind we cannot see your bill.

     I would need to know what plan you have, how many phones, do you have installments, what else is on your bill that you don’t understand?  

Postpaid plans are priced ala’carte.  Data plan.  Line access.   Installments.  Taxes and fees.  

 

You are not going to get a refund.  That’s not happening.  You got service right?   Not understanding your bill isn’t reason for refund.  Neither is lack of service.  If service didn’t work, you should have returned phones and switched carriers.
