Is there someone who can give me concrete info on how to get my promo card reissued!?
Hello,
I have lost my promotion card and would like it to be reissued. I did a device trade-in at the store w/ a special promotion and was issued a cheap paper promo card...
Well, about 2 weeks later, I have found the card in a washed pair of shorts, but now I cannot retrieve the card #. I have not yet used the card for any purchases at AT&T.
I have tried to contact the store where I did the trade, but they were unable to reissue a new card b/c it being over a certain timeframe (9 days!??). They do not have a record of the card # that was issued, even though I provided them with the invoice. Really frustrating!
I have also tried to contact at&t customer service, but the reps have no knowledge of what to do.
I have also called the Device Trade In Department (800.445.6005), and have been told I should be contacted in 48 hours via email. So far, no responses.
Right now, stuck in a circle with all departments pointing me in an endless loop. Its really hard to place your trust in a communications company where nothing is communicated within the company, and basic info that is obviously recorded in their system is unretrevable. Really feel like I am being taken for a spin--cheated even--out of my own device...
Please help!

So I was told to send an email to the Social Media Care Team with my info. Someone responded back, and told me to email support@att.tradein-program.com.

Basically, once again, passed on to 2 different departments within AT&T.
And no, I haven't received any responses to my problem.
