Lifeline cell phone for Missouri
Another company offered me a Lifeline phone at a booth.
Android smart phone, 500 minutes per month, 1GB data and unlimited texting.
I already have an AT&T phone and you offer Lifeline to other states.
Why does AT&T not choose to offer Lifeline in Missouri?
Other companies are making money in this market so why would AT&T choose not to compete?

Lifeline is a government sponsored program. The government picks one carrier per state.
