Need to talk to upper management to cancel an order - customer service transfers me to anyone else.

Yesterday I was excited to place an order for wireless service and went to online chat for help.

The guy "Junior C" had me place 4 seperate orders for 4 lines so he could get a good commision check AND made sure to keep me online long enough for those orders to get to the shipping process. At the end, one of the orders didn't go through and we were going to place that one again but guess what? His shift was over and he transferred me to someone who could only check the order status, not change it. So I told her I would like to cancel them all and start over at the store. She gave me a phone number for customer service. Customer service said they can't be cancelled because the shipping process had begun. And then transferred me to her manager who told me she put in a ticket to cancel.

 

As soon as I woke up, I checked the order status and they are still pending shipping. So I call and again they tell me it can't be cancelled and transfer me to....................they hung up on me !

 

Where are we now? I have $420.00 coming out of my bank account for orders that should be canceled and they won't transfer me to upper management - which is the only dept that can help me.

 

I'm seriously considering calling 12 ON YOUR SIDE - my local news channel that helps people that have been scammed.

 

UPDATE - they are on the way to my house and all i can do is refuse the package. Ridiculous, it's still coming out of my bank account.

Why do you want to cancel? It sounds like you still want the phones. Why not just activate the phones and then go to the store to add the other line and make sure the plan is correct?
