Next Upgrade Return Options?

I recently had an Enjoy Tech hand-deliver my new phone upgrade under the AT&T Next program.

I wasn't provided with a return label to return the current phone and wanted to know what my options are. Can it be returned through a local AT&T store, and if not, can a return shipping label and paperwork be provided?

Hello @SimplyCosmic,

 

We can definitely provide you with some more information about How to return your cell phone. Devices purchased with an installment plan are subject to our 14-day return policy. Visit an AT&T store within 14 calendar days from date of purchase to exchange the device. For orders placed online, there won’t be a restocking fee for returns made within 14 calendar days. I just ordered a cell phone online and just now realized it's the wrong phone how can I change phones or cancel my order.

Allow us to guide you to where you can cancel your order @.

 

Once your has been placed, you can only cancel it using our order track portal and replace your order. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to wait for your order to deliver to your destination and return it within the Buyer's Remorse Exchange period, which is 14 days after your ship date.
