Order Cancelled, credit ran several times, deposit required?

I placed a order for a new line of service with a representative over the phone, we ran it for two lines and the first line came back with 0 deposit and the second a $500.00 deposit. At that point I opted for just the one line, I paid the taxes of $74.63 recieved the T & C’s manually because the rep place the wrong email when signing up (no biggy). She waived act fee and priority shipping for iPhone XS Max 64gb gold, after two business days go by I called to get tracking info because email is wrong and haven’t been able to get anything form AT&T. Rep says it’s still processing, so I wait a day and check online myself with the order number I was given by prior rep. The order is still processing. I call AT&T back and ask to speak to a supervisor about order shipment dates prior to being transfer rep states order had been cancelled go to the store with two forms of ID. (I’m annoyed but I do it, a social, an ID and a Visa Debt card). I explain to the rep my credit app was ran just pull it with my info, he takes it upon himself to run my credit (i didn’t know at this point) after the 5th time trying he was unsuccessful last result said analyst review and it was too late to call he stated that dept closed st 8:00pm. I came back to the store the following day only to try my order with the store manager and he explained he can help but with a $500.00 for one line. I explain to him that didn’t make any sense. He than ran my and explain that he has 6 apps for me, I was livid (my credit was down 7 points at this time) he dialed credit and activations who has a partnership with equifax and had the inquires removed, C & A rep explained the severs credit apps caused the deposit request by that time it was 2:30 my kids get off the bus at 3:00 I had to leave. Mind you a representative set a time to call me back because he seen the mishap with the initial order and seen no deposit required. That call never happened. He was working on the deposit waiver because agreed it was an error as the C & A rep agreed. I called att over the phone and placed and order and had the rep verify every thing twice to ensure information was correct, I recieved an order number and just want to insure my order won’t cancel or require a deposit as the only thing I was advised to pay was the taxes for equipment but at this point I feel like I’m being told anything can someone help me. I have the order number if needed.

This just happened to my fiancé last night. We called a corporate store and they told us they would have to run his credit. This is so unfair we are working to build our credit not have it run in the dirt. They did me like this last year. Now for this to happen to my fiancé is ludicrous. This this is a total scam!!!
