positive customer support feedback!

i hope im posting this in the right forum. AT&T, not too long ago i got off an online chat with one of your tech support guys, named Aaron. i messaged him needing help transfering data from my iphone 4s to the 5s after recently purchasing the 5s. i got an email from AT&T saying to download the mobile app in order to transfer, only for the icon to not show up at all on my 4s! Aaron was super speedy and found out that the 4s cant run the mobile transfer app, somehow. (i dont know why its on the store, or let me download it then if the 4s cant..)

 

After explaining to me i need to back up my iCloud, and then wait an hour PLUS for my 4s to finish backing up completely. if i knew this, i would have done this in advance! but Aaron was patient and stayed on the chat line with me this whole long time, just in case i needed help. : ) he was kind, and had a great sense of humor. he made my hour long wait a breeze! i very much wish i could befriend him in real life, or have someone like him at every AT&T or celluar store i go to! because i have been in a good amount, and the majority of the employees seemed to even really care much, or seem very detached. 

 

I did not get any other information on him other than his name, but please, give this man a bonus or raise! you got a winner here, at&t. him and his family deserve all the happiness in the world. : )
