Problem with Warranty/Refurbished Phone

I have a nokia lumia 635, and they replaced this phone. Still does not work right!!!! I know it's a very cheap peace of junk, but i'll be -------- ----------- I am not paying $600 or more for a foolish over priced peace of junk that At&t wont stand behind anyways!!!!!!!! O' shure they will send another REFURBISHED phone that someone else had problems with! When I bought this phone a little over a month ago NEW and replaced it with a used one, WOW!!! This is not the only time I have had a lot of problems with other phones from AT&T as well!! They get you on a contract or should I say PUT YOU ON A CONTRACT WITHOUT YOUR KNOLAGE! Just to keep you and then threaten you with some early cancellastion fee! I never signed anything!!! Like to see TA&T prove that I did!! I could keep going and going but I have had all I will take!!! PLEASE SHUT ME OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT&T SUCK AND IS A THIEF BESIDES!

AT&T doesn't make the phones, they only sell them and when they replace them under warranty they are at the mercy of the manufacturer.

The same manufacturer makes phones for all of the cell companies. If you have a problem with the phones, you will get the same thing from the other cell companies.
