Problems with att

AT&T is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I ordered a new phone from them on 9 December I got a confirmation they were shipping the phone which was not the phone that I ordered, I immediately called them and told them of the error and they guaranteed me they would cancel the shipment , two days later they shipped it regular UPS anyhow(
The original order was supposed to be an overnight) . They told me to refuse the shipment which I did and it went back to York Pennsylvania where it came from. They refused it in York Pennsylvania and forwarded it on to Dallas Texas and I’m still waiting for them to get it back. Meanwhile I’m getting nasty letters telling them that I’m going to get charged for my original phone because I didn’t return it, they still have all the monies for my upgrade fees for the new phone, and I am sitting here Still waiting to be able to order a new phone. I can’t order a new phone because they show this as an outstanding order Even though they have proof I refused the order.
