Question about ph.lines locked or unlocked?
I was just wondering if an account is active with 4 lines of cell ph.service all new devices .Are all 4 unlocked ??? When on a promotional trade??

Every phone sold by AT&T is locked out of the box until it is eligible to be unlocked. Since being paid off in full is a requirement, yes all four phones would be carrier locked until they are paid off. If entering into a installment deal for 36 months, that means the phones are locked until they are paid off, or the 36th month installment is complete.
Once it is eligible I request must be made through the online portal to unlock the phone.
