Reactivation request for phone number port in with new carrier
Hello,
After being an ATT phone customer for 10+ years, circumstances have made it that I need a new carrier. I did not know that my phone needed to be active in order to port my number. Can you help me with this? Thank you

No. If your phone number is not active, it is not your phone number.

You’ll have to contact AT&T directly and see if the number is still available. It may have been recycled and reassigned to someone else. Use the Contact Us link at the bottom.
