Removing an Account Affiliated with Our Account
When we recently added a new line to our plan, we were told that there was an account associated with ours of someone we don't know. I haven't been able to get to the right person or department in ATT to get this removed.

Thank you. We are customers and have contacted them numerous times and keep getting rerouted so I was hoping to see if anyone knew what department could assist.
