Sim Swapping
With Sim Swapping on the rise, what is AT&T doing to protect its customers?
Is there a way to put a "port lock" on our account with AT&T?
I do have a PIN set up, but am wondering if that is enough to protect myself from having my SIM stolen?

@Angeleyes87 I don’t think you understand what SIM swapping is. It has nothing to do with a eSIM vs a physical SIM, or a PUK code. Also, I don’t believe it’s true that all eSIMs require a PUK code.

Your job is swapping SIMs? In other words porting out a number to another carrier without the knowledge or consent of the owner? Generally seen as being a bad thing.

@Angeleyes87
Sim swapping is not referring to the moving of a sim or an ESIM from one phone to another. It refers to the stealing of a phone number usually by porting the number out to a different service provider.
