Some random email and phone was setup as my Billing email and secondary phone
When I wanted to switch to paperless billing, I noticed that there was some random email and phone as my Billing email and secondary phone. Can your reps tell me when it was updated and by whom. I want to know if the account was compromised. Been using this number for the past 10 years.

I am sorry but how do you send a private note ? When I try sending an email to AttCares, it states that private emails to AttCares do not get looked at.
