Switcher Credits
I switched from Verizon to ATT and sent back my old phones for the switcher credit. I was told to send them back usign the label that came in the box with my new phones. Now ATT has 3 of my iPhones and refuses to give me the switcher credit - telling me I sent them to the wrong address. How is this possible? How can they keep all 3 of my phones?? I am in tears.

Hello @jenpret73!
I am so sorry to hear that you’ve been having trouble getting that Switcher credit taken care of! I assure you this is definitely not the experience we want you or any of our customers to have. I will definitely do everything I can to help out!
To assist with this issue, I’ll need to send you a private message so that we can get some account specific information. Please be on the lookout for that!
My team here is hoping this finds you well and I look forward to hearing back from you! Have a great rest of your day!

Jenn...they did the exact same thing to me. I even have the tracking information showing they received my trade-in phone. I have been calling since June to get this resolved. Absolutely no follow through on the part of customer service. I have made over a dozen phone calls, have at least 3 supervisor escalations, and No One has followed through. I giveup. I am filing a formal complaint. You can get the form online on the AT&T website.

Send message to @ATTMobilityCare. I have more faith in them to resolve problems. They still aren't fast, and part of the problem is they subcontracted to Young America. Big mistake.
