**Title: AT&T Continues to Charge Installments After Phone Return*

**AT&T's Efficiency is Unacceptable**

I placed an order on Thu, Mar 14, 2024, at 1:57 p.m. ET. After receiving the phone, I realized it wasn't what I needed and returned it. I received an email confirming that they had received the phone, but my bill has continued to include installment charges. The new bill has arrived, and this is the third installment. Additionally, I paid an upfront fee when ordering the phone, which I find unbelievable. Will this charge remain on my bill until the installments are finished? I didn't use the phone and returned it within a week. I think I will soon switch away from AT&T.

Make sure you have all documentation proving that the phone was sent back, and has been received by AT&T. You will need that documentation in case AT&T's efficiency and recordkeeping is really not as good as you say

That would include the tracking number for the return, and any screenshots you may have taken of tracking showing that the phone had arrived back at AT&T
