Transfer work account from my personal account.
Someone at a retail store did it, transferred my work phone numbers to my personal account. Now I am told it can't be done because it requires me to pay off the installation on the phones. I have started from the bottom and worked my way to all the wireless support teams. This started Mar. 1 till now I have been given the phone run around. Explanations have been given "We can do it...then sorry it can't be done, to why it can't be done", yet it was not my fault it was switched.
I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and want to continue but I can't this issue resolved then I don't know.
