AT&T and Filefactory

I have recently switched from Time Warner/Spectrum to AT&T gigapower.
I have found that from Filefactory & Uploaded I am not getting the speeds that I was getting when I had Time Warner.
Are there any known issues with these sites not playing nice with AT&T?
Is there a setting I can adjust on my router?
