ATT Damaged My Irrigation System

While ATT service men buried a fiber cable, they hit my irrigation system, busting one of the pipes. I have made a claim to ATT&A and they have been quick to contact me. Their claiming agency asked me to send them quoates for how much it would cost to repair the damage and email them the estimates. Within minutes of me getting off the phone with them, I get an email from the claiming agency saying that they will offer me $120.  I am sorry but I cannot accept any settlement without getting any estimates. I know am not the only one that this has happened to so wondering how much people have received for similar situations.
