Bad Internet Service
I don't have a question nor asking for help at this point. I'm here to add my frustration to several other posts regarding the numerous internet outages over the past months/year. I, too, rely on internet at home for work and lately it's been a total crapshoot on whether I will have service or not. And I won't even get into issues with my home safety and security system which also relies on stable internet. I'm extremely disappointed because I've been a fan of ATT for years and have sung their praises to everyone. I'm exhausted from the hours I've spent with tech support trying to understand the constant issues, and why in this day and time it's taking days to a week at a time to resolve the problem. I'm now at a point where I feel the need to look elsewhere for my internet services and I'm not happy about it.

What service there, and these outages are red lights on the gateway, yes?

I have the fiber internet and yes the outage always results in a red flashing light on the gateway modem.
