Can't access my website/ftp servers outside my network after lightning and 10 hour power outage... Everything works fine inside my network.

When power came back on everything looks fine but I can't access my servers outside the network... looked at all the NAT/Gaming settings and they are all still there. I have rebooted the modem, router, servers multiple times... none of my IPs changed, they are all set to static.

Was wondering if it's OK to set the BGW210-700 to factory settings and set it all back up from scratch? I have the Fiber 1000 and U-Verse TV with one wireless receiver. Any ideas?

You most likely received the latest update for the BGW, 1.6.7.   This update has rendered most all port forwarding useless.   I did a factory reset which initially worked,  then didn't after 10-15 minutes, then worked again after a soft reset.   Do not know how long it will continue to work however the accepted solution is to replace the BGW with an older gateway provided by ATT.  This will correct the forwarding issue however at a cost of wifi and apparently interface friendliness.

Thanks for the info! Was driving me insane. After a reboot I would think it was working then it would stop.

Is there anyone on this forum with AT&T that can help me get a replacement RG without the hassle of 2 hours of phone calls?
