Customized Work Order Needed

We have a utility pole that has been replaced but one line is still on old pole before it can be taken down we Need AT & T to come out and move their line to new pole and take down old pole. Who do I call? The 800-288-2020 number gave me another # that is not correct. They said I need to put in a customized work order to have this done. Located in Gastonia, NC

A tech dispatch would be for drop wire to building, not pole to pole.

Suggest register in the BUSINESS section of the forum and post there as you need construction group. 
Generally the company that owns the pole, such as power moves their service first then notify local tenants such as telco and cable about moving their respective services.
