GigaPower Upload issue from the last 2 month

I'm in Houston Texas and from the last 2 month having problem with my upload speed, the download is solid around 930MB/s but the Upload varies from 400-550MB/s before that was always 930MB/s solid up and down.

Anyone having the same problem? Called the Support without any solution.

IPV6 is disable already.

Any idea or suggestion?

Thanks,

Fred

I had the tech from AT&T here in home today, he did everthing and still not resolved, looks like is the Gigapower network but don't know how to escalate it.

Also in the statics from the modem I can see some Error TX and dropped tx.

I'm also in Houston. Mine seems to just vary a ton throughout the day. Soemtimes I'll max out at ~930/930Mbits, sometimes one of those will be roughly half that. I have also not been able to confirm the working as advertised speeds outside of a speedtest hosted in Houston. If I select any other server outside of houston I get about 400/400. Likewise, I have not been able to find a download that exceeds 60MB/s, even on services I know can support the full gigabit. I am wondering if the Speedtest server in town it is picking is inside the AT&T network and it iis more of an extended "LAN" test than anything else.

I am chalking it up to network issues.

Update , the tech come back and changed the POD (little box outside for a newer version) the upload speed improved from 500MB to +- 700MB-750MB/s BUT the Down is still solid 930-940MB/s.

After looking to the Trace route to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) we saw some issue in one of the routers taking longer so my conclusion is 2 possible error;

1- The connection between my house and the main entry (AT&T is not allowing the Tech to go there and change ports, I don’t know why if the Tech wants to fix the problem!!!)

2- An issue in the AT&T network after Houston routers

My modem still show Drop and TX error as you can see in the picture below, so I do think could be issue 1.

@CoryDS About the speedtest yes the Houston,TX server is inside the AT&T Network and is a “LAN” test since you need to test your connection between your place back to AT&T Data Center to see if any lose in the middle for other places will very is normal.

Needs escalation inside AT&T to allow the local tech change the PORT in the main entry of my community.

OBS: The Gigapower should be Symmetrical so that’s mean you should get same speed up and down, don’t tell me the 700MB is fine if we have +930MB/s in Down.

@ATTU-verseCare PLS HELP!!!!
