How can I have two Open NAT Types for two separate wired consoles?

Hello. My brother recently moved in with me and he has his own xbox one. I have one of my own and I managed to change my NAT Type from Strict to Open with IP Passthrough a few months ago when I first got my ATT service. However, when we wired the second console to the router it is getting a Strict NAT Type. I have searched all over and have not been able to figure out how to have two Open NAT Types for two separate wired consoles. Can anyone please help me?

Hi @actually_andres, we’ll be glad to help get your other Xbox connected.

Microsoft updated its support article and included a section specifically for multiple consoles.

We’d suggest checking out Microsoft’s Troubleshoot NAT Errors page and give those steps a try.

If that doesn’t do the trick please let us know what model of gateway you have and we’ll be happy to assist.
