I need to return a extender I used from AT & T

I need to return a extender I used from AT & T. I use AT&T only for Internet.  Do I need to call AT &T before I send it with FedX ?

When I ring the AT&T number it asks for account no , when I provide the account number , it says Contact T- Mobile. I was calling from a T-Mobile phone.

You must call the full AT&T customer support number. If you just use the short code (611) than you connect to customer support for the service you are currently using. Follow the "Contact Us" link at the bottom or look on AT&T's website.

If your being charged a monthly fee for the extender, you must call to cancel the extender to have removed from billing.

If you have an older extender that you purchased outright (no monthly billing), then it is yours.

877 999 1083 is a direct number for billing theyll be able to sort it out.
