New GigaPower TV - Freezes
I had my new GigaPower (Internet,TV,Phone) installed in my house on Aug 23. Last week I went to try out the TV and noticed that my TV signal would get lost and freeze. I went online with Support Chat and they said they would replace the DVR receiver. I received the new DVR yesterday and plugged it in and still getting TV freeze and signals lost.
Consistently it would freeze less than 15 seconds on a channel. I would change the channel, it would work for a few seconds and then freezed. I have 1 DVR and 2 receivers and all three of them freeze. It gives me the signal lost blue screen.
I've tried different HDMI cables, network cables, moved the RG45 cables on different ports on the RG. Reseted all devices a few times as well following the support steps and the online troubleshooting site.
My internet seems ok, and my phone seems ok.
Anybody else having this issue? Can someone please assist?
I haven't had TV for over a week!

Just to cover all the bases... is your DVR connected directly to the RG using the Ethernet cable, or do you happen to have it connected through a router?

The DVR and the receivers are all connected directly to the RG with ethernet cables. (ATT tech installed it)
