PS4 UPLOAD with at&t uverse Fiber connection
My PS4 upload is not even hitting 10mps upload even though my laptop, desktop and xbox one are getting 400mps upload. My download speed is good sitting at 600-800mbps .
-I've tried wired ethernet connection with a CAT 7 10gbps cable
-Reset my modem and let my ps4 be the only one connected
- Changing my DNS
- On DMZ
I have feeling something server side has changed . Are you guys throttling PS4 connections? I have done everything possible on my side to get this fixed. If anyone else is having this problem please post.

It could be whatever site you are uploading to that’s limiting speeds or the ps4 has a limit. Try ps4 forums or googling slow ps4 upload.
