Part of firmware update, that option has been removed. If let's say factory resetting your BGW320 will bring it back to 4.25.4 it will show up, but only until it will go through update again.

But it disappeared recently, my firmware (4.26.11) hasn't updated in over 111 days. And factory resets don't do anything to the firmware... it just blows away the settings in NVRAM.

But don’t underestimate the importance of clearing up things that can be created and can cause issues with the operation of the gateway.
And yes, our current firmware is getting long in the tooth so something new is due to come down any time now.

ATT pushed an update to remove the option of cancelling Active Armor via Firewall-> Security Options. Its been done so this feature can be only managed by SHM. Mostly because disabling it through firewall wouldn't remove the charge for those who had paid version of Active Armor that was order through SHM to begin with. Simply put it's not a glitch or a temp thing that occurred all of a sudden.
