Slow speeds from gateway to devices

Over the past ~2 weeks, my ethernet and wifi speeds have tanked. I have had the ATT Fiber 1000 Mbps plan for about three months and have been consistently been getting high download and upload speeds with ethernet speeds typically around 800-900 Mbps. For the last week and half to two week, my device download speeds have been ranging from 1-20 Mbps on both Ethernet and Wifi. Meanwhile, the gateway speed ranges from 950-1277 Mbps. ATT sent me a new BGW320-500 gateway to replace my original BGW320-500 gateway but the problem persists. Currently, the only device connected is my desktop PC connected via ethernet. Webpages can take anywhere from 3-30 seconds to load and streams consistently buffer with only one device connected. Does anyone know any potential fixes or issues that cause this?
