I noticed a line item on my account titled, “Smart Home Accessory Bundle with Fiber.” I have no idea what that is. I didn’t receive anything other than the normal router, etc during my install about a month ago.

You should receive an email to your id that you used when you setup service. The email usually arrives between 30 - 45 days after your activation date.
The Bundle in Amazon and you will receive a URL to use for Amazon. You put the package in your Cart and then you should see the discount to $0.00 and then you can check out.
