Static IP connection running slow

My internet service is fast but the static IP I use to connect to my hosted server is running very slow and when I Ping it, it shows it’s losing 50% of data. Seems to be a problem with ATT routing but I can’t find anyone that can fix the issue. Any ideas before I switch back to Comcast?

How have you determined that your local LAN server is running slow. It is not losing 50% of data. The ping traffic is just ICMP Echo requests that are low priority traffic and are discarded by many routers in the path at 100% others will show 50% or 20% loss. All these results are just random based on how busy the routers along the path.

No user data is lost.

How did you setup your Static IP for your server and do you have a secondary router behind your AT&T Gateway?
