Unstable Internet Service

I've been a customer with Uverse for almost a year, and up until early March my service had been impecable. However, ever since about the second week of March my internet has become a hassle. I'm paying for gigabit service, yet my download speed will vary from 8mbps to 200mbps max. Switching to a wired connection seems to actually make the problem worse.

When playing video games my ping will periodically shoot upwards of 400+, and when trying to browse the internet I'll have to refresh a youtube video about 20 times before the page decides to finally load. Same thing applies to all other sites, the page will partially load then just give up, forcing me to refresh seemingly endlessly. 

I like Uverse, but if I'm paying for gigabit service, I expect to get speeds to match. Not an unstable connection that sometimes doesn't even reach 10mbps. My contract ends this summer and if I can't get this issue resolved I'll probably be canceling.

Send them a Private Message, on this link, and they should be able to give the help needed to solve your Uverse Gigapower service problems. They are available M-F 8am-11pm Eastern time (also around on weekends), response may take up to 2 business days.

This is not the regular CS/TS phone people, but the social media Community Specialists that know the people to contact to get things done. I personally know as they've helped me on a DVR swap and gone above and beyond.
