$100 and $50 rewards

I ordered my Internet online in August when they offered a $100 reward and extra $50 reward using ACTNOW promo code. The lady I chatted with (Matylda) added the home bundle to it also. Mind you I didn't ask for the home bundle. I just wanted the rewards. At the end of the chat I specifically asked if I will get both rewards and she said yes. I screenshot this chat because I don't trust what these people say. I received the bundle. Now multiple calls later where I spoke to the rewards center, who sent me to customer service, who told me to contact the rewards center I'm told my rewards don't stack with the home bundle. A home bundle that I didn't ask for, need, or want. This is shiesty business that what is offered is not given.
