Address verification

Hello,

 

I just closed on a home (new construction) and trying to sign up for Uverse.   However, when I put my address in it says no internet is available.  My subdivision is an AT&T community where no other provider (i.e. Xfinity) is offered.  The entire subdivision is pre-wired for AT&T fiber from what the builder told me.  Neighbors directly across the street and all around have service.  

 

I tried submitting an address check online and the response said nothing was available.  Also, I tried AT&T Live chat, but they couldn't help either.

 

Based on what I've read, I think a tech needs to go to my house, validate my address and then some database needs to be updated. 

 

I would appreciate any help. thanks!
