All in one fiber internet deal

I wanted to ask if this all-in-one deal is for people who already have service with ATT or only people who currently don't have service, it says 20 dollars off the internet price so would that mean the $35, 300-speed internet package would be 15 dollars a month to my knowledge? I currently have 5 lines(each unlimited starter) with ATT and my internet provider is becoming more expensive so I thought why not switch if it's $15 dollars a month I want to make sure this deal is accurate. Any replies will be helpful

Thank You

Thank you for reaching out to us about your request, we want to help clear things up @Sam1445335g,

To bring your attention, this deal is for both new and existing customers who have both AT&T Fiber and an AT&T unlimited wireless plan. You can save $20/month. On your internet plan when you bundle them together. That means the $35, 300-speed internet package would be $15/mo. For you since you already have 5 lines with AT&T Wireless.

If you purchase an AT&T Fiber plan (300Mbps or higher) or subscribe to an eligible AT&T postpaid wireless plan will receive a $20/month bill credit applied towards the internet bill w/in 2 bills. Wireless billing and internet service addresses must match.

You can also get reward card for up to $150 when you order online.

Additional $150 with promo code HOLIDAY150 at checkout.

I hope this helps you make an informed decision.

$20 off your fiber bill. So the 300 plan would be $40, $35 if you get paperless billing.

For new fiber customers with Att wireless service.

Ok so the You'll pay 15 a month plus taxes was false advertising?

You can see it in the background of the 2nd photo

If you qualify for ACP that price may be correct. What is the fiber price if you qualify for ACP? That program will eventually go away. US Government funded, not an Att plan.

This promotion is a scam. They have removed my All in One Bundle discount as well and cannot/will not fix it. An extra $240/year now on internet!

So you don't get screwed like I just did and had my bill just jump 24/month after only having the service for two months, make sure you are not on a Pre-paid phone plan, it has to be a post-paid phone plan which is more expensive.

When I joined, there was nothing in terms about pre-paid and post-paid, it was just "if you have an ATT wireless plan".  That's since changed to read post-paid plan.  ATT doesn't want to honor that, so not only am I looking for new internet service, but I'm also looking for new phone service as well after several years with ATT.

Update:

@ATTHelp

I've had the AT&T fiber service for three months now and I have yet to get the 15-dollar price Bruce ensured me that the deal came with. I am currently getting charged 35 a month and this deal is not doing what it claims to, Hopefully, an agent on here can help with this because when I call customer service they say that 15-dollar wifi doesn't exist. If this price cannot be changed to 15 I will have to cancel the internet service and find another internet service provider.
