AT&T DID NOT DELIVERY ON PROMISED REWARD CARD
I signed up for AT&T internet promotion promising a $150 AT&T Visa Reward card in April 2022.
I claimed the reward on 04/23/22. The card was pending to be approved by AT&T since then.
I never received the card and have never seen the card approved.
I then reached out to AT&T to which the representative stated
" We do apologize that this reward was never shipped or received, however the timeframe given to us systematically to assist with the Reward has passed.
Systematically, we are unable to further assist. "
I believe this is incorrect and I should still be able to receive my card as I claims it in a timely manner.
What should I do? Cancel with AT&T and go back to spectrum?
What other way is there to get my card?
It seems AT&T does not want to help.
