Att did not give the promised reward

Att promised a $250 reward, however, they did not give my reward after many calls from my side. 

Finally, they sent me the reward but for $150. again, I tried my best to connect on this issue with them.

Now they say I have passed 120 days since account activation and they won't' be able to do anything on that. In my earlier calls I was no way told that I have only till 120 days since activation and they gave some reason and kept postponing my request.

Once the 120 days passed they simply deny with the fact that the account has passed 120 days.

They tricked me into switching with a false offer and tricking customers.

Let's look into that reward that you are missing, viralrkb.

 

The first steps is to make sure that you have claimed all of the rewards. You can do so by going to our AT&T Reward Center Portal

 

On the left side of the page, there is blue button for your to "Access your Rewards." Click there and you get a popup. On the right side of the popup there is a place for you to enter your account number and zip code. Then click the "Access your Rewards" button below. 

 

Make sure that all rewards in the tabs have been claimed. 

 

If there is only one tab, and it has already been claimed, then you can give our Rewards Center a call. You can contact our Rewards Center by dialing 1-800-288-9983. They are available between the hours of 9am and 6pm(CST) Monday-Friday.

I have done the needful listed out in your steps, and I am still not seeing the reward amount promised in the checkout. Can someone please look into it?

The same thing happened to me. I got $300 offer when I signed up my internet service. I only got $50 and am waiting for the rest. I was told that my service has passed 120 days and they can't do anything for the rest of rebate.

Having the same issue now. They gave me everything but my $150 card and now they're telling me it's pass 120 days and I no longer qualify for the reward. Definitely a scam and I intend on switching from the company. I was transferred to a manager and she told me to hold to review my account. After 5 mins of holding, she hung up on me.
