AT&T Fiber Availability
We literally have an AT&T hub/center on our property and it appears the neighborhood going up behind our property (adjacent) is apparently going to be eligible for fiber, but not us? What the heck?...again, literally on our property.
Our address is 12915 Bethany Rd, Milton, GA 30009

Very possible… equipment location placed in an easement near the main fiber line(s) feeding into the box (PFP).
Then have fiber spreading out like a web to the planned / budgeted deployment, which new greenfield construction since 2016 would be fiber.
For your address to have fiber means your development (subdivision) would have to have been planned for with all new fiber lines being deployed in the subdivision. This may or may not happen.
As stated the goal is 50% of total addresses within 21 state footprint to have fiber by end 2025, that is 30+ million out of 60+ million will have direct fiber service. Another 25% (15 million) will have fiber to the cell tower called ATT AIR while the last 25% will have same choice they had at start of 2016.
