AT&T fiber not given 200$ reward as promised
I have ordered AT&T fiber and been happy with service. However, my concern is with promised 250$ reward where i received only 50$.
When I had order issues online , AT&T website asked me to call on a number which was picked by agent (Stern, Mark - MS402A@ att. com) who helped to fulfill the order.
And, he confirmed his supervisor approved 250$ reward that I'm entitled to (note that, i had 250$ worth promo codes that agent/supervisor agreed to match it).
Its been multiple emails/calls and there isn't any response back from them.
Its surprising that a company like AT&T can ditch customers on promised reward.

Hello @Anjani, thank you for reaching out to us, we'd be glad to guide you to the right direction.
The first steps are to make sure that you have claimed all the rewards. You can do so by going to our AT&T Reward Center Portal.
On the left side of the page, there is blue button for your to "Access your Rewards." Click there and you get a popup. On the right side of the popup there is a place for you to enter your account number and zip code. Then click the "Access your Rewards" button below.
Make sure that all rewards in the tabs have been claimed.
If there is only one tab, and it has already been claimed, then you can give our Rewards Center a call. You can contact our Rewards Center by dialing 800-288-9983. They are available between the hours of 9am to 6pm (CST) Monday-Friday.

Yes, spoke to reward center supervisor and customer care multiple times and been told the 200$ VISA not seen in their system.
I told them the whole story and agent rep promise of online coupon match.
I have been advised they can’t do anything unless it’s visible in their reward system.
Finally, decided to bring it here if you can help in getting this reach to right authority to get my reward.

Usually your reward will appear on the Reward Center within 6 weeks of active service (or other applicable time period). Our Rewards Center is the dedicated team for any queries regards to Rewards. Hence, we advise getting in touch with our team for any updates.
To redeem your reward, you must claim it within 75 days from the date on your notification and keep your service active.

I'm not sure if above was a bot auto-response as I have mentioned earlier reward center can't see reward entered in system and can't be of any help.
I have given the rep email id . Is it possible for you to check with agent/supevisor if reward indeed approved/entered in reward system ?
