ATT Fiber Service request was promised within 1 year (we're heading into year 3)
To whom this may concern,
We have been trying to get ATT Fiber services for well over 2 years to no avail. We get advertisements all the time, so it is extremely frustrating. The last support person we spoke with assured us that it would be installed within a year. Furthermore, our neighbor that has ATT Fiber is less than 0.2 miles away. Please help or forward this request to someone who can. This is my 16th request.

Att does not disclose fiber deployment details to anyone. Especially first level phone support. If you want Att fiber service now you will have to move.

Your nearest next door neighbor with less than .2 mile is 1.5 city blocks away.
That is a big difference…
fiber to area means zip code and not all in the zip code will receive it.
recommend seeing if Fiber To The Cell Tower is available, this is called ATT AIR
