Zip code? How many units?

Need to be located in the ATT Fiber footprint area with a minimum of 60 addresses…

Fiber internet with DirecTv Streaming service would be expectation if meet all qualifications with time frame likely of 18 to 24 months.

To get started…

https://www.att.com/att/multifamily-property/

note if your area is serviced by CenturyLink (Lumen), Frontier, Windstream, etc do not expect ATT to be an over builder in someone else territories as they have no footprint or facilities there.

With a population under 13,000 in zip code, ATT services less than 30% of the addresses in zip code. Spectrum is the primary company as all others listed are satellite (all 3) providers or wireless ISP.

https://broadbandnow.com/Florida/Brooksville?zip=34604

The form you filled out is only contact I am aware of and may take awhile for a response. ATT is in the final years of 10 year fiber buildout with 25+ million completed out of 30+ million scheduled by end 2025 within their 21 state footprint.

Is most of the ATT fiber in new greenfield construction such as apartment / condo complexes along with new subdivisions?

With population of 13,000 average 2.5 per household yields 5200 locations with likely around 1500 addresses having ATT. In comparison my zip code 53188 has population over 35,000 with 15,000 addresses and currently around 6000 has fiber hoping for another 1500 to be added for 50% fiber accessible but still would leave 7500 addresses without fiber.

The takeaway is not all addresses will have fiber, if your community has an exclusive contract with Spectrum would not expect ATT Fiber. If not exclusive depends on budget availability and time. Note out of 30+ million expected to have fiber by start 2026, about 7.5 million will be MDUs of apartment / condo complexes… is that your HOA or are you single family?
