Att never gave me contract reimbursement as promised for signing up for Fiber!
After years of having Xfinity and paying way to much for just internet and phone me and my husband decided to consider switching to Att fiber but we had just signed a contract with Xfinity. Part of the promotion at the time was that we would receive a reimbursement for our contract cancellation but after months of service and several phone calls with both the reward center and customer care they told us that there was no notation and there was nothing they could do other then send us another gift card which doesn’t even pay half of the cancellation. I’m very upset as I’ve been with ATT for years , have 4 lines, and now have fiber. I thought ATT would be more accommodating and trust worthy but all these companies want is your money
