ATT REWARDS SCAM

On 7/14/23 I went to AT&T store located at 1661 Fort Campbell Blvd, Suite F, Clarksville, TN 37042. Aquantis told me about an internet deal and that if I signed up we would get a $300.00 rewards card in about 6 weeks after installation and to keep an eye on our email coming from attrewards this was on 7/14. We have still yet to receive this reward. I checked the rewards center and it says card not located. I’m beyond upset. As a new customer in general with our internet and phone service has been nothing but lies.

To check status of your reward, please follow the below steps on you're my AT&T app:

Login to myATT account.
Click My Benefits and Rewards tile.
Click Claim Now to go to the Reward Center.
Redeem the Reward Card in the Reward Center.
AT&T Reward Card Hub - Centers.
