ATT scammed me and did not deliver promised rewards for purchasing Fiber

I ordered my 1 gbps fiber online with the help of a chat agent, it promised me $250 in reward card. Two month goes by and did not received anything, I get an email to claim an amazon bundle which I do thinking it was free included with Fiber as it implied at the rewards center. Another month goes by and I call the reward center help line and the lady rudely told me I will not be getting my card because I redeemed my amazon bundle. Mind you I did not sign up for this bundle nor did the chat agent or any emails said that if i redeem this bundle i will not get my gift card. I told the help lady that and asked to talk with supervisor and she said I am the supervisor and you will not be getting anything. This is a big scam because I did not even want anything in the amazon bundle only got it assuming its free
