Did NOT receive gift cards or speaker
When I was signing up for AT&T at Broward and I-95, they gave me an incentive saying if I switched I would get a 50$ gift card and a speaker. And the. They told me if I signed up for fiber optic internet I would also be eligible for a 250$ gift card. I have yet to receive either of them or any information about them. At first, they assured me that I would be able to go get the gift cards immediately - the. She. I asked about them a few days later at the store location, they said I would get an email. I have not gotten any email or any type of information … at this point I feel like it’s a big scam to get people to sign up and I think that’s a horrible way to conduct business; especially for a big company like AT&T- I would it expect it to be a shady as I always thought they had a good reputation, but maybe I am wrong. Can someone please contact me about my gift cards that were promised to me when signing up. I would appreciate it or cancel my service and I’ll go back to what I was using before. This is more expensive monthly plus I have not received my gift cards, I am feeling like this was a bad decision.
