Don’t believe the reward card promises
I just got AT&T for internet in January. I was promised a 250 gift card. I called today sat on hold. The lady finally said she couldn’t help me but that I was number 14 in line for the promo line. 45 mins later they picked up and said do you want a Walmart gift card and hung up. (Edited per community guidelines). This is ridiculous.

You did not call AT&T as they don't offer Walmart Gift cards. To qualify for any of the $250 offers you need to "Order" Online and not order using an a rep at 1-800-288-2020. The terms also limit the time that you can "Claim" your reward to 75 days after install.
The AT&T Offering is a an AT&T Visa Debit card from the AT&T Rewards Center.

I did all of that. I didn’t receive it. I tried calling them and that is what happened. Is the number you listed the number to call? They told me it could take 60 days to receive
