Fiber internet request

Hi there!
I currently have Xfinity cable (coax) internet and I have just never been happy, especially with the extremely slow 35mbps upload speeds. I really like fiber, but it just isn’t available anywhere. I looked at the internet availability in my area with ATT, but it only shows as the 5G home internet as an option. Would it be possible to actually get fiber as an option to my house, even though it isn’t listed as an option? Fiber is an option in my town/city, but not to my house. The slower 25mbps internet with ATT is also available too, but I’m looking at fiber (if that’s an option).  For example, having a line made to my house and then the regular installation? If that is an option, that would be amazing! I am interested in the 1gbps and or 2gbps plan. Thank you!

Have a $100,000 to spend for installation and maybe 2 to 3 years of service?

There are some that do, Bill Gates basically bought a town…

ATT Dedicated Business Internet… installation expect $10 per foot from source, 1 mile of fiber about $52k, ADB requires 2 year contract with plans starting around $500 per month for internet 10/10, internet 1000 would expect about $2000 per month or $24k per year with two year contract $48k plus install would be $100k.

Or move to one of the existing 24 million addresses within 21 state footprint where fiber service is already available. About 25% of ATT fiber addresses are MDUs of apartment / condo complexes. That is 6+ million addresses MDUs.
